In order for your registration to be processed, it is essential that you have paid your registration fee in full (including bank charges if you pay by bank transfer). If you pay by bank transfer, please email or fax your bank transfer confirmation, including the Delegate Reference Number (found in the subject header of your confirmation email), to payments@spikes.asia or to +44 (0) 207 728 4044. Once we have processed your registration, we will send your registration confirmation letter which will include your accommodation details.
No. Once registration is open, delegates can register up to and throughout the Festival.
Visas are generally required in order to gain entry into Singapore. Please check with the Singapore Embassy in your country if you are unsure whether a visa is necessary. If you do require a visa, please contact the Delegate Department at + 44 (0) 207 728 4040 or delegates@spikes.asia so we can send you a visa letter. Please provide us with your full name, passport number, nationality, date and place of birth, date of issue and expiry of your passport and place of issue.
If you register as a Young Spike with either of the Young Spikes packages, you are not automatically taking part in the Young Spikes Competition. Competition teams are pre-selected in their respective countries and confirmed by the Festival organisers.
You must be born after 21 September 1981 to qualify as a Young Spikes Creative and after 21 September 1979 to qualify as a Young Spikes Marketer and send proof of your birthday e.g. a copy of your passport or driving licence. In addition, a letter from your employer is required for Young Spikes Marketers.

There is no age limit to register for the Student package. You will however have to provide us with proof that you are in full time education and must not be employed in the Advertising, Communication, Marketing or Design industries.
When you register online, you will be able to upload your student card with photo. This is the quickest and most convenient way of sending us your ID.

We will also ask you to send a letter on headed paper signed from your course lecturer which will confirm that you are in full time education.
The Festival organisers reserve the right to publish information contained in delegate registration forms.
To avoid duplicate registrations, please do not fax or post registration forms if you register online.
Registration fees are in Singapore Dollars. They include GST at 7%, which is applicable to all customers. Registrations will only be processed with full pre-payment.

Ensure that payment is made in Singapore Dollars and arrives at our bank in Singapore Dollars. It is imperative that you cover all bank charges; otherwise your delegate registration(s) will not be processed.
Participants who register and pay by bank transfer will receive a proforma invoice (invoice to pay) as part of an email confirmation containing a full set of completed delegate registration forms.
Please supply your bank with your Delegate Reference Number (found at the top of your proforma invoice and in the subject header of your confirmation email), company details, number of delegates and registration type, as a description of what the payment is for: (e.g. SD/213, Company Name, City, 2 x Delegate Spikes + 1 x Young Spikes).
Once the transfer has been made, please email or fax proof of payment/bank transfer confirmation, quoting your Delegate Reference Number, to the Spikes Asia delegate department: payments@spikes.asia or + 44 (0) 207 728 4044.
Please ensure you complete your invoice information where requested if it is different from the contact company information.
Please ensure that you have provided us with the correct invoice details as invoices cannot be re-issued.
Registration fees will only be refunded if written notice of a cancellation is received at the Festival office in London by Friday 27 August 2010. For further information, please see cancellation form. Delegate registration cancellations will result in the automatic cancellation of hotel reservations.
Any requests to amend a delegate registration must be received in writing. In Singapore, a replacement can be made by completing a replacement form which must be accompanied by a letter from the contact company or authorised by a senior member of staff.
The registration area is located in Suntec Singapore International Convention & Exhibition Centre in Suntec City.
Badges must be worn at the Festival at all times and are valid for the registered delegate only. Any misuse of badges will result in denied access to the Festival. Please note that lost or stolen badges will not be replaced.
