Spikes Asia Trophy

The following guidelines provide information about the entry procedure.

Before Entering
Go to the Entry Kit and read through the Rules and Categories for the entry section in which you are planning to compete.

Spikes Asia Entry Sections are: Print, Outdoor, TV/Cinema, Radio, Digital, Direct & Sales Promotion, Media, Design, Integrated, Craft - TV/Cinema and Print).

1. Read the Tips For Entering for each section, which will give you useful information about making the best possible entry. Check the material requirements for each entry section, as you will need either to upload appropriate files or to send physical material.

2. Create Your Spikes Asia Account

  • Go to Awards on www.spikes.asia.
  • Go to Get a Password.
  • Complete the details in the form and click Submit.
  • The password will be sent to you by email.


Submit Entry
Make sure you have as much information about the entry - for example, title, advertiser, credits, compulsory questions - as possible BEFORE starting the entry process.

Use your password to log on to the entry system.

  • Select the type of entry you would like to make from the dropdown list.
  • Complete the entry form. Some entry types require you to complete more than one page.
  • You can upload your entry media online. Please make sure your files conform to our media requirements.
  • You can save incomplete entries at any stage and can choose to complete them later.
  • However, for the entry to be submitted successfully into Spikes Asia, you MUST eventually proceed through checkout and payment.
  • Once you have completed all your entry forms and uploaded the media, if applicable, you can proceed to payment by clicking the Make Payment button.

NB: You can make more than one entry before paying; you do not need to pay for each entry one by one.

 

Payment

  1. You can choose to pay by credit card or bank transfer.
  2. If you choose to pay by credit card, you need to enter your card details and the payment will be processed through our system.
  3. Once your payment is successful, you will see a confirmation page and we will send you an email containing your entry forms.
  4. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, please enter your invoice details carefully. After submitting your information successfully, you will see a confirmation page and we will send you an email containing your entry forms and a pro forma invoice.
  5. You must make the bank payment AS SOON AS you receive your email confirmation using the bank details provided. Please email or fax us a copy of the bank-transfer confirmation.
  6. Your payment MUST arrive in our offices as soon as possible, otherwise your entries will not be processed.

 

Material

  1. If your entry requires you to send us any material, please check the material requirements in the Entry Kit before sending anything to our office.
  2. Make sure all material adheres to our specifications and sizes. We can’t accept files or boards in the wrong formats or dimensions.
  3. Please use the labels provided in the entry forms that you receive with your confirmation email.
  4. Please send your materials in good time before the closing date.
