Nopadol Srikieatikajohn joined Leo Burnett in 1994 and became Creative Director in 1999. In 2003, he joined Ogilvy & Mather Bangkok, becoming Executive Creative Director in 2006 and Group Executive Creative Director in 2009.

He has won many awards for creative excellence.
