Spikes Asia teamed up with Cheil Worldwide to offer a select group of 15 of the region’s students an exclusive learning opportunity. The students met for the first time on Tuesday 15 September, when the Spikes Asia registration desk opened, to receive their special student delegate badges and bags. As well as being able to participate in Spikes Asia’s regular programme of seminars, workshops and evening events, the hand-picked Spikes Academy students had exclusive access to personalised sessions and tutorials from top industry figures, including China’s top creative, Jason Zhao, the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Creative Director of Cheil Worldwide's China network. |
| What’s more, Academy students enjoyed priceless behind-the-scenes access to the judging process at the Festival. The Spikes Academy, which concluded with a graduation ceremony, expanded students’ knowledge about the advertising and communications sectors, giving them the skills they need to stand out from the crowd when they embark on a career in the industry. |
