Yahoo! Brings The Big Idea Chair To Spikes Asia

During the recent Spike Asia Advertising Festival in Singapore, Yahoo! joined forces with the Festival organisers to recognise the region’s pioneers in digital media.

Yahoo! brought its Big Idea Chair to the Festival and displayed it throughout the three-day event. The chair is designed to champion anyone who has genuinely embraced digital media – from enterprising clients or daring agency strategists to people whose role defies all traditional classification.

“Yahoo! is a firm supporter of driving the digital industry’s growth in the region,” explained Ken Mandel, Vice-President and Managing Director at Yahoo! South-East Asia.

“It is events such as Spikes Asia that enable us to recognise the region’s creative talent, as they push the boundaries in creating effective integrated campaigns.”

Once the winners had been announced, Yahoo! awarded the chair to JWT India, the Grand Prix winners of the Integrated entry section at the Festival, which Yahoo! also sponsored.
