The Young Spikes Marketers Academy
Inspiring Tomorrow's Chief Marketing Officers
The Young Spikes Marketers Academy is a bespoke three-day learning programme held during the Spikes Asia Festival. The Academy is targeted at marketers and brand managers aged 30 years or under (born after 17 September 1982) that work at client organisations, such as The Coca-Cola Company, General Motors, Unilever etc.
The Academy explores the importance of why creativity matters for brands today. The programme includes identifying trends, exploring how creativity increases effectiveness and discussing the client/agency relationship.
There are a mix of dedicated sessions, including specially selected Spikes Asia Festival seminars and exclusive presentations structured around essential topics for marketeres.
Delegates hear from creatives from organisations representing the worlds of music, film production and design, among others. Creativity is at the heart of all the sessions.
The application process
The Young Spikes Marketers Academy is for you if you are an advertising manager, a brand manager, a business development manager, a communications manager, a marketing manager, a media manager or a sales manager.
If you work for a media or creative communications agency, recommending the Academy to your clients could lead to a better creative partnership. The tailored programme works to build understanding of why more creative brand campaigns mean greater effectiveness.
To be eligible, candidates should:
- Be aged 30 years or under (born after 17 September 1982)
- Have at least two years' experience of working with advertising agencies
- Have experience of writing communications briefs
