Through “advertising advertising,” re-communicate to consumers the power and effectiveness of advertising and refocus attention on the advertising industry.

To stop the decline in advertising expenditure in Japan, and to revitalize the advertising industry.
Description of how you arrived at the final design:
Through very expressive illustrations, conveyed the word-of-mouth effect of advertising that occurs from the moment of seeing an ad through to purchasing the product.
Through presenting a narrative in each of the illustrations, highlighted the social effect of advertising linking people together.
Indication of how successful the outcome was in the market:
Became topical, not just among consumers but also in the business world, shown many times in newspapers, magazines and posters. Inquiries to JAAA regarding advertising increased compared with the previous year.
