Brief Explanation
Japan Maritime Self-Defense Forces is an organization which sustains peace in Japan.
Our challenge was to increase applicants by creating a new connection with the young.
As a solution, we created a mobile training application,SALUTE TRAINER, with which people practice their “Salute”.
A Salute is a very important action in the military forces. By using a familiar device, we delivered the spirit of Self-Defense Forces directly to our target.
Not only does SALUTE TRAINER teach users the salute, but those who achieved excellent results received a recruitment e-mail, and awards from self-defense officials.
SALUTE TRAINER was a “Stealth Recruitment Project”.
