Eduardo Kranz has a diverse background, being born in Brazil, studied and started his career in Australia, and expanded his experience across APAC before arriving in Japan. Now he is a Managing Director at Accenture Song Japan and the Service & Experience Design Lead focusing on Service Design, Product Creation and Delivery.
With over 13 years of experience, he has successfully worked across multiple industries, positively impacted large transformation programs, and successfully delivered digital services and products to the market across the region. Previously, he built extensive industry expertise in telecommunications, financial services, health, and the public sector, allowing him to challenge any industry status quo with a holistic mindset and a keen eye for business growth.
He recently won a Good Design Award 2022 in Japan alongside his project team members for transforming a core experience for a prominent telecommunications player in the Japanese market.
