Aditi Mishra

Aditi Mishra has been an integral part of Lodestar UM for over two decades took over the reins of the agency as its CEO in March 2022.

She has worn many hats over the years from driving large client relationships in a business role to being the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) of Lodestar UM . With a rich experience spanning categories like CPG, technology, lifestyle and auto she has worked extensively across both Indian as well as MNC clients demonstrating an expert handling of the global client needs while delivering locally relevant solutions. Her passion around understanding brands and consumers has driven the insights and accountability practice for India region. As a valued voice, Aditi is a vital member of the Mediabrands India leadership team.

She envisions building a resilient agile agency to partner with clients and the community for the future, promoting media as a driver for business growth.

Prior to Lodestar UM, she has held several leadership roles at various distinguished creative agencies like McCann, Lintas, FCB Ulka, etc. She is amongst the alumni of some very prestigious educational institutions in the country such as Delhi Public School, Hindu College (DU), and Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad.

An avid reader, Aditi also enjoys photography and spending time with her pets when not donning the CEO’s hat.
