Biography
Ayshwarya believes that commas (,) are the most powerful, versatile and underrated tool created by humans. She loves that they create space to add more dimensions. This philosophy is what drives her personally and professionally, to add more dimensions to her work.
Which is why, she doesn’t perform just one role - She’s a creative, a strategist, an engineer, a musician, a design strategist and a sustainability champ...and the list is only getting started.
She found a channel for her varied interests in the solutions she creates with her team Apollo 11, the innovation lab of Leo Burnett India. Apollo 11 much like her, is a multi-disciplinary team with technologists, product designers, gamers and storytellers, who have one common purpose- to solve human problems. Together, they’ve built solutions for brands such as Adidas, Pepsi, Twitter, Google, Jeep and P&G.
Some of these (P&G Whisper’s The Missing Chapter, Lay’s Smart Farm and Project Farm Equal and Gatorade’s Turf Finder) have been awarded multiple metals across global advertising awards.
Her passion lies in straddling the worlds of sustainability, technology and data. Her work shows that innovation isn’t only for the rich, but if democratised, it can create solutions to safeguard the future.
