Bilguun is the founder and managing director of Whyze, an independent boutique agency based in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. He and his team are passionate about the power of creativity and strategic thinking to transform people’s lives and focus on campaigns that look to improve and better the lives of Mongolians.

After starting out his career in marketing, he returned to Mongolia and served as the first creative director for Y&R Mongolia, the country’s first international ad agency. During his tenure, he brought home Mongolia’s first international advertising awards, winning Silver and Bronze from Spikes Asia 2016 for radio. For the past 16 years, he has worked with international and local brands from industries and sectors as diverse as beverages, yak down, cashmere to early childhood education.
