Biography

Ivy is a versatile trailblazer who transitioned from a science background to excel in media, spanning Fortune 500 companies, creative agencies, startups, and PR firms. In 2022, as Head of Innovation at Weber Shandwick, she led a strategic overhaul in China, optimizing business portfolios and expanding the company’s industry presence. Her introduction of innovative tools and offerings boosted capabilities, driving revenue growth in new sectors. Since joining Weber Shandwick in 2015, Ivy has enhanced service quality, secured new clients, and built a planning team supporting key practices in China, delivering strategies for clients like GSK, Amore, Nespresso, Cartier, and Nike.

Previously, at Ogilvy, Ivy managed strategic planning across 14 Asian markets, specializing in shopper marketing, digital, PR, and 360 campaigns for brands like Estee Lauder, Mary Kay, KFC, and Coca-Cola. Her career began at Procter & Gamble as a Brand PR Manager, where she managed impactful communication campaigns for haircare brands.
