Phoebe is a Partner and Head of Design at Previously Unavailable. She is also on the founding team of venture studio New + Improved.

She leads a highly creative design team who collaborate with all parts of the studio portfolio — from venture and early stage start-ups, established businesses wanting to reinvent, and new product development for a range of clients.

Phoebe's career launched in New York working on the design team at Red Antler, soaking up the brand and start-up culture in the US. Phoebe went on to work at leading design company Alt Group where she worked across a range of strategic national and international creative projects.

She has a long standing relationship with Auckland University of Technology (AUT), contributing her time as a tutor and mentoring undergraduate students. She is a professional member of the Designers Institute of New Zealand and has judged the New Zealand Best Design Awards twice, the Australian Graphic Design Awards and the ADC Young Guns Awards.
