Ronnie Wu is CCO of TBWA China, one of TBWA’s most awarded agencies across Asia Pacific. He leads the collective’s creative output in one of the fastest changing markets in the world for agency’s biggest clients including BMW and adidas. As one of the most versatile creative leaders in TBWA worldwide, Ronnie’s passion to push the boundaries of creativity is evidenced both globally and in China. At Ronnie’s helm, BMW CNY work ‘Nothing but Sheer Joy’ was awarded a Gold Lion, with another Bronze for adidas China, making TBWA become the biggest winner of any China agencies at Cannes 2022.
Ronnie’s immense contribution not only in China but the boarder region has witnessed his new leadership role on TBWA Asia Creative Board, overseeing Asia creative works to help clients to achieve the growth.
Ronnie also contributes in industry thought leadership. He was invited to juries in CLIO and D&AD in 2022 and to share creative views by Contagious, Google, Digitaling and Modern Advertising.
In TBWA China, Ronnie has built incredible creative teams and implemented new creative weapons such as BOLT, the in-house content production lab, continuously delivering disruptive work and growth for clients and TBWA collective during a tough period.
