The Young Spikes Competitions are aimed at creatives who are aged 30 or under and employed in advertising and communications businesses in a skill discipline relevant to their chosen competition.
The Young Spikes Competitions provide Asia Pacific's next generation of creative talent a unique chance to gain recognition and make their mark on the industry.
Teams have 2 days to come up with a fully integrated campaign in response to a brief before demonstrating how it can be launched and executed.
Teams are challenged to use their business insight and strategy skills to develop an innovative media strategy and plan with 24 hours.
Teams have 24 hours to develop an integrated social media campaign and competitors are judged on their ability to use social media inventively.
Teams of PR professionals craft a PR strategy that connects with the organisations’ brand value, engages with the public and builds relations with relevant stake holders.
Teams have 24 hours to create a product/service relevant to a company in order to answer a client’s brief.
Students are asked to create a poster in response to a brief and the winner selected by the jury will invited to experience the festival first-hand.
Teams are chosen through a pre-selection process in their own countries. Successful teams will then participate in the Young Spikes Competitions, held during the Spikes Asia Festival, competing against young creatives from all over the region.
