Bryan is an experienced business leader with over 15 years of experience driving digital transformation and customer engagement strategies. Currently serving as the General Manager of Retail Media and Omni Growth at FairPrice Group, Bryan leads the charge in omnichannel excellence, spearheading efforts to unlock growth for brands through innovative solutions and establish FPG as a leader in the retail media space. Prior to this, he drove FPG's omnichannel initiatives, scaling FPG app adoption by 5 times to reach 1.6 million digitally connected customers.

Clay is a cultural anthropologist with a passion for brand building, specialising in insight-led ideas that seamlessly integrate creativity, technology, and media. A veteran strategist, he has amassed extensive experience across global, regional, and local roles in London, New York, Istanbul, Shanghai, Amsterdam, and Singapore. Clay has collaborated with prominent clients including The Coca-Cola Company, Unilever, Mondelez, Kraft Heinz, L’Oréal, and P&G. His recent experience includes three years brand-side at Reckitt, where he established an in-house creative and media team. An active industry participant, Clay served as a juror at Cannes 2021 and takes pride in mentoring emerging talents. He boasts numerous accolades, including five Cannes Lions and ten Effie Awards, while regularly contributing to industry publications and speaking engagements. He believes there is no greater philanthropic act than passing knowledge along.

Jaren is a growth and performance marketing leader with over 12 years of experience helping brands grow through practical, data-driven strategies. He currently leads growth for FairPrice Group’s Retail Media business, focusing on commercialisation and partnerships. Before this, he led omnichannel growth and marketing for the FairPrice Group app, driving go-to-market adoption and engagement.
