Can I change the name of a booked delegate?

Yes, it is possible to change the name on a pass at any time, via the Purchased Passes section of your Pass Manager. You would need to go to the pass, click on Pass Options, and then choose to Replace Delegate.

You would then see the pass under the Pending Orders section where you will be required to provide the details of the new delegate. In order to complete the replacement, you will need to proceed to checkout, however please note payment does not apply. You are only required to checkout for the replacement, so we can receive the details of the new booking.

At the Festival, a replacement can be made by completing a replacement form which must be accompanied by a letter from the contact company or authorised by a senior member of staff.

Is there a deadline to make a name change?

No, however it will no longer be possible to make a name change via your online account, from 25 September 2018. It will still be possible to make a name change at the registration area of the Festival, if the badge has not already been collected.

Can I change the name or email address of the Booking Contact?

If you wish to change the name or email address of the booking’s contact person, please contact our Registration Team.
