Can I change the name of a booked delegate?

Yes, it is possible to replace a delegate, via the Purchased Passes section of your account, up until Midnight SGT Monday 23 September.

You would need to go to the pass, click on Pass Options and then choose Replace Delegate. You would then see the pass under the Pending Orders section where you will be required to provide the details of the new delegate and proceed to checkout.

Please note the following admin fees apply per replacement, post-Friday 16 August:

SGD50 – Spikes Delegates & Young Spikes passes
SGD30 – Spikes Student passes

Please note from Tuesday 24 September, it will no longer be possible to make a replacement online. It will still be possible to do this upon arrival at the registration desk (along with a letter of authorisation from the booking contact), however we are unable to make replacements once the badge has been issued.

Is there a deadline to make a name change?

Can I change the name or email address of the Booking Contact?

If you wish to change the name or email address of the booking’s contact person, please contact our Registration Team.

Please note it is not possible to have multiple booking contacts against a single booking.
