How can I cancel a booking?

If you or one of your delegates are no longer able to attend the Festival, you can cancel your booking via the Purchased Passes section of your account. You would need to go to the pass, click on the Pass Options and then choose to Cancel Pass.

Please note we do not offer refunds or credits for cancellations. See our Terms & Conditions.

Can I receive a refund or credit if I cancel my registration?

We regret that the Festival office will be unable to offer refunds or credits if a delegate pass is cancelled or downgraded.

However, it is possible to replace a delegate, via the Purchased Passes section of your account, up until Midnight SGT Monday 23 September. You would need to go to the pass, click on Pass Options and then choose Replace Delegate. You would then see the pass under the Pending Orders section where you will be required to provide the details of the new delegate and proceed to checkout.

Please note the following admin fees apply per replacement, post-Friday 16 August:

SGD50 – Spikes Delegates & Young Spikes passes
SGD30 – Spikes Student passes

Please note from Tuesday 24 September, it will no longer be possible to make a replacement online. It will still be possible to do this upon arrival at the registration desk (along with a letter of authorisation from the booking contact), however we are unable to make replacements once the badge has been issued.

I cancelled my booking by mistake, is there any way to reinstate it?

Yes. It is possible to reinstate a pass at any time, via the Purchased Passes section of your account. You would need to go to the pass, click on Pass Options and then choose to Reinstate Pass.

Please note, if you had not made payment before you cancelled the pass, you will need to make payment, in order to receive a final booking confirmation.
