Is there an early bird price?

You can save SGD150 on a Spikes Delegate pass, if you purchase by Midnight SGT Friday 5 July. See all prices and passes here.

Do you sell one day passes or award show passes?

Unfortunately we do not sell one day passes to the Festival or access to the Awards Show and After Party. For the available passes and prices, see here.

How can I book a pass for the 2019 Festival?

Festival passes can be booked online from Monday 1 April 2019.

You will have the option of paying by credit card or bank transfer online, up to Midnight SGT Wednesday 11 September. From Thursday 12 September, it will be possible to choose credit card or to pay at the Festival.

From pre-registration on Tuesday 24 September, it will only be possible to pay by credit card online. If you do not wish to register online in advance, it will still be possible to purchase a pass at the registration desks upon arrival, however we do strongly recommend paying in advance to avoid delays in accessing the Festival.

I have created an account but I haven’t received my password, what should I do?

You can request to reset your password here. Enter the email address you used to create your account and you will then receive an email from us with a link to reset your password.

If you do not receive the email, please check your junk folder. If you still cannot find the email, please contact us and provide the email address you used to create your account.

Is it possible to register more than one delegate before paying or must I pay for each delegate at the same time?

You can register several delegates before submitting to pay and do not have to pay for all registered delegates at the same time. You can also register delegates and then return to the My Passes section of your My Account area and register additional delegates or make changes before paying.

I do not yet know the details of the delegates who will be attending, can I still register them?

If you do not yet know the name of the delegate(s) attending, you can still register them without having to provide any details, up until Midnight SGT Friday 16 August. Please note the following admin fees apply per pass:

SGD50 – Spikes Delegates & Young Spikes passes
SGD30 – Spikes Student passes

Once you have the details, you'll be able to update the registration from the Purchased Passes section of your account. You will not be charged the admin fee again when providing the delegate’s details.

What do I do if I require a visa?

Visas are generally required in order to gain entry into Singapore.

Please check with the Singapore Embassy in your country if you are unsure whether a visa is necessary.

If you do require a visa, you will be able to request a visa invitation letter from the Purchased Passes section of your account.

If your name appears differently on your passport to your registration, please contact us and we will generate the visa invitation letter for you.

Please note we are only able to issue visa invitation letters to registered delegates.

I keep receiving email reminders, what do they mean?

You have started but not completed a delegate registration. Please note the email you receive is an automated reminder. To stop receiving the reminders, please go back into the online registration you started and either proceed to checkout or delete the delegate registration from the Pending Order section of your account.

When will I receive my final booking confirmation?

In order for your registration to be processed, you must have paid your registration fee(s) in full (including all bank charges if you pay by bank transfer).

If you pay by bank transfer, please email your bank transfer confirmation, including the Order Reference Number (found in the subject header of your confirmation email and proforma invoice), to the Registration Team.

Once we have processed your booking, we will send your final booking confirmation via email. Please note the final booking confirmation will be sent to the booking contact specified at the time of booking.

I get an error message when trying to register, who can I contact?

Please contact us with the below information and we will get back to you within 24 hours:

  1. The browser you are using e.g. Chrome, Internet Explorer or Firefox
  2. The email address for the account you are logged into
  3. A description of the steps taken
  4. If possible, a screen shot of the error message you received. Please include the full screen (including URL and tool bars) when taking a screen shot.
