Wendy Clark

Wendy Clark, CEO,  DDB Worldwide

Wendy first joined DDB in January 2016 as regional CEO, leading 18 offices and 2,000 people across the U.S and Canada. Prior to DDB, Wendy was President, Sparkling Brands & Strategic Marketing for Coca-Cola North America, and Senior Vice President, Advertising for AT&T. Called “one of the most important women in advertising” by Advertising Age, Clark has earned numerous recognitions over the course of her career including the Matrix Award from New York Women in Communications, She Runs It’s Advertising Woman of the Year, Advertising Age Executive of the Year, and named the Brand Refresher on Fast Company’s top ten list of Innovative Business Disruptors. In 2007, Wendy was inducted into the American Advertising Federation’s Advertising Hall of Achievement. Clark is an advisory board member for the Peabody Awards and IDEO.org, a board director for the Ad Council and American Advertising Federation, and sits on the board for David Yurman.

Lakish Hatalkar, Managing Director, One Johnson & Johnson Indonesia

Lakish Hatalkar is the Managing Director of One Johnson & Johnson Indonesia and is responsible for all the Johnson & Johnson businesses, including Consumer, Vision Care, Medical Devices and Pharmaceuticals. Lakish joined Johnson & Johnson in April 2015. He has over twenty years of experience in Health and FMCG industries with experience gained across a wide range of portfolios and geographies. Lakish has also lived in several countries, including India, the US, China, Switzerland, Singapore and now Indonesia. Lakish holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration both from the University of Kentucky. Lakish is based in Jakarta with his wife while his daughter is studying at University in London.

Rob Reilly

Rob Reilly, Global Creative Chairman, McCann Worldgroup

As Global Creative Chairman for McCann Worldgroup, Rob is responsible for creative oversight of the McCann brand globally as well as for developing multiplatform approaches by leveraging McCann Worldgroup’s broad capabilities and communications resources. Named in 2016 to Advertising Age's "Creativity 50" list of "The Most Creative People of the Year," Rob has led the global creative resurgence at McCann that has elevated its position in both the Ad Age Agency A-List and the Gunn Report ranking based on major creative awards won. McCann Worldgroup’s creative work, which includes State Street Global Advisors' "Fearless Girl," has been among the most celebrated both in the industry and in the culture at large. A highly-awarded creative, Rob has chaired numerous industry award shows, including as President of 2018’s new Cannes Lions Brand Experience & Activation Jury. Before joining McCann in 2014, he was Partner/Worldwide Chief Creative Officer at Crispin Porter + Bogusky.

Viet Max

Viet Max 

Viet Max is Vietnam’s Original Hip Hop pioneer. Who today is also known as a feature film director, TV talent-show judge, video producer, illustrator, artist and fashion designer. One of the most influential Hip Hop artists in Vietnam. He has recently directed two feature films, LOVE and SHOOT, which have been highly praised by the public and the media. He also runs his own street wear fashion brand PUSW. Viet Max sits at the centre of Vietnam’s creative scene and is passionate about supporting the next generation of new artists. He has worked with many international brands and most recently starred in a documentary by Vice and Chang Beer on the origins and of Hip Hop culture in Vietnam.

Ronald Ng, Global Chief Creative Officer, Digitas

Ronald leads the creative charge for Digitas globally. Joining the agency four years ago, he’s been at the helm of a creative collective fuelled by data, technology, media, strategy and creative. Digitas has since won two Grands Prix at Cannes (2015 & 2017) and a WARC Marketing Effectiveness Grand Prix. In the 2017 Cannes Lions Global Creativity Report, Digitas was ranked No.1 in Creative Data and No.1 Innovation Agency of the Year. Ronald previously held leadership positions in the BBDO & Proximity network, serving in their Malaysia, New York and Singapore offices for 12 years. Under his watch, global recognition was earned in the Big Won and Gunn Reports, including four No.1 campaign rankings (2009 & 2014). Ronald was also ranked No.4 (2009) and No.6 (2014) most awarded Chief Creative Officer globally. All things considered, his proudest achievements are his two boys, Jonah and Noah.

Ajab Samrai, Chief Creative Officer, Ogilvy & Mather ASEAN

Ajab started his career at Saatchi & Saatchi London when the agency was at its zenith. He was hired by the legendary Executive Creative Director, Paul Arden. He soon became one of the youngest Creative Group Heads in the history of the company aged 23 and went on to work on some of the world’s biggest brands holding positions as regional and then Global Creative Director. He is one of the most awarded creatives in the business with over 300 awards at D&AD, Cannes Lions, The Clios, Campaign, LIA, Spikes and The One Show. In his recent role as CCO of Ogilvy Japan Ajab took the agency to one of the most awarded in the world as well as Campaign Asia’s Creative Agency of the Year 2017 and he proudly won Creative of the Year 2017.

Sandipan Roy, Chief Strategy Officer, Isobar Asia Pacific 

Sandipan is the Chief Strategy Officer for APAC, overseeing digital strategy across the 17 offices in the region. He leads and is deeply involved in digital transformation client assignments. He works with Global Leadership to shape the agency vision and strategy and is the author of Isobar’s disruption/transformation strategy framework that is used to consult with companies on how to spot, mitigate the risk and progress opportunities out of disruption. Sandipan is also Dentsu Aegis Network’s representative in the steering committee of the World Economic Forum. Prior to Isobar, Sandipan held senior strategy and P&L leadership roles in Y&R/Wunderman, OgilvyOne and DDB/RAPP. He has worked for global, regional and local clients such as Citibank, McDonald’s, P&G, Kellogg’s, Samsung, Unilever, American Express, PayPal, Singapore Tourism Board and Intel.

Lisa Ronson, Chief Marketing Officer, Tourism Australia

Lisa Ronson is the Chief Marketing Officer for Tourism Australia. In this role Lisa is responsible for leading the organisation’s global marketing strategy – which includes Global Marketing and PR, Digital, Social, Content, Creative and campaigns, Signature Experiences, Market Research and Insights. Lisa Ronson joined Tourism Australia in February 2015 and is a commercially focused Senior Executive with 20 years’ experience, across multiple national and global brands and a diverse range of industries. Prior to joining Tourism Australia Lisa held senior marketing positions at Westpac Banking Group, David Jones, Telstra, Visa International and Fosters Brewing Group.

Marc Landsberg, CEO and Founder, SOCIALDEVIANT

Marc is the founder and CEO of SOCIALDEVIANT, a content marketing agency dedicated to creating value for brands in a socially connected world. Marc has 20+ years of marketing and M&A experience, serving as CEO of MRM and Arc, and as a director at Lake Capital. Early in his career, Marc co-founded start-up Digital Knowledge Assets, a Web-based knowledge-management platform, with Twitter CEO Dick Costolo and Telecoms guru Tim McDonald.

René Chen, Partner and Managing Director, Jones Knowles Ritchie Shanghai

René has accumulated over 20 years of professional experience in the creative industry, and in 2007 founded JKR’s Shanghai office. Over the years and across the globe in the UK, US, Canada, Italy and Hong Kong, René’s clients have included Mars, Mengniu, Liby, PepsiCo, Starbucks, Wrigley’s, J&J, Bacardi, GSK, ABInbev, Unionpay, and Ritz Carlton. René has led her team to win global recognition in the A’Design Awards, Red Dot Design Award and the ROI Awards, and has spoken on creativity in China at events including Cannes Lions, FBIF, TEDx and Spikes Asia. A listener as much as a speaker, René is forever looking for new ways of doing things, thoroughly embraces change, and encourages experimentation.

Ali Rez, Regional Creative Director for Middle East & Pakistan, BBDO

Ranked amongst the Top 15 Creative Directors in the world by The Directory, Rez has won more than 200 awards in his career, including Gold Cannes Lions, Gold Clios, Gold Effie, D&AD, and a UN Peace award. Rez spent most of his career in the USA, where he worked on global brands such as ChevronTexaco, HP, 7Up, Adobe, and the band INXS (which is a crazy story), before moving to MENA and becoming one of the most prolific award winners in the region. Ali has led BBDO Pakistan to be named Agency of the Year twice in 3 years, and has contributed to BBDO Worldwide as Network of the Year at Cannes Lions. Rez has been invited on esteemed jury panels such as Cannes Lions, Clios, Effies, and Spikes. He has lectured on political art at Oxford University, exhibited at Tate UK, and spoken at Tedx and Dubai Lynx.

Kate Roydhouse, Managing Director and Executive Producer, Curious Film

Kate Roydhouse's recently taken the helm as Managing Director and Executive Producer at Curious Film, bringing to the table a wealth of experience gained through various local and international clients. Working as head of production in the United Kingdom for over 4 years, Kate worked for global brands across campaigns in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Kate not only has extensive production experience, but is also well versed in the world of advertising agencies, marketing and communications having been in a leader in all these disciplines. Kate has been at the forefront of the global advertising changes, giving her a keen understanding of local and international markets and how to implement the much needed changes facing companies today.

Tim Miles

Tim Miles, Director of Synchronisation, Warner Music Group

After studying music in London, Tim started in the industry touring and recording in Virgin-EMI signed Royworld. Releasing a Top 20 album titled ‘Man In The Machine’, which was produced by the band and hit producer Andy Green. He also spent considerable time writing music for ads. Tim then went on to work for record labels EMI and Parlophone, before heading to Faber Music Publishing where he looked after their media music division. He is now Director of Sync at Warner Records UK and helped set up their recently announced publishing arm, W Songs. Outside of Warner Tim manages two artists and recently headed up the music for MGSO4, an arts festival held on the outskirts of London.

Udara Withana

Udara Withana, Head of Strategy, Dentsu Singapore

Having worked on brands spanning the globe, Udzi heads the strategy department at Dentsu Singapore - Digital Agency of the Year 2017. Working across global, regional and local brands at Dentsu, he leads the strategy department across Brand, CX, Content, Digital and Social projects along with his team of strategists in Singapore. At his core, he is a story teller and a tech geek who hails from the sunny beaches of the pearl of the Indian Ocean.

Katrina Dood, Head of Trends, Contagious

Katrina is head of trends at the London office of Contagious, a marketing intelligence company dedicated to helping brands and ad agencies gain a competitive edge through creativity and innovation. She has led a diverse range of projects for Sony Music, Penguin Random House, Nike and Converse. Before helping to establish the Contagious advisory unit, she was the launch editor of Contagious I/O, the company’s online intelligence platform. Katrina has a long history of writing about what happens when creativity and commerce collide, a fascination for innovation and an unshakable love for music videos.

Rory Brett, VP, Senior Creative Director, Jack Morton

Rory is head of the ideas team and the creative lead for Jack Morton’s Singapore office. He is a strong believer that triggering an emotional response is a brand’s best chance at creating lasting relationships with the people that matter most to them - whether that's through great content, immersive environments or a compelling story. Having worked across the world, with the last four years in Asia, Rory brings his strong background in experience design, technology and brand storytelling to create effective, emotionally engaging work for clients such as Netflix, Mastercard, Rolls-Royce, Porsche, HSBC, Unilever, P&G and many more. Rory’s work has been recognised through numerous awards including: Cannes Lions, Stevies, Clios and Webbys.

Yonathan Dominitz, Founder, Mindscapes, Israel

Yonathan is the founder of Mindscapes, a trainer and a leader of creativity and innovation boosting projects for ad agencies and companies. More than 30 Cannes Lions, including 3 Grand Prix, were given to works made by Mindscapes trained agencies, using Mindscapes creative tools. Yonathan has personally conducted projects in numerous companies and leading global advertising agencies. Mindscapes is active in more than 30 markets worldwide (North and Latin America, Europe, Asia Pacific). Among Mindscapes clients are: BBDO, McCann Erickson, Leo Burnett, DDB, Lowe worldwide, Cheil WW, Isobar AP, Google, Coca Cola, Mondelez, Pepsico, Samsung, Carlsberg, Nestle, Vodafone, Swedbank, Eurobank and Telenor.

Alan VanderMolen, President, International and WE+, WE Communications

Alan serves as President, International and WE+, for global communications agency, WE Communications. In his current role he is responsible for the intellectual capital (Brands in Motion), global expansion and fortifying WE’s partner network. In under a year, Alan has secured speaking slots at Cannes Lions Young Marketers, Global Summit in Miami, Indie Summit in London and Praxis in India. Before joining WE, Alan most recently served as Vice Chairman for DJE Holdings, Edelman’s parent. Vandermolen was responsible for leadership of five business: Research firm, Edelman Berland; Edelman sister agency, Zeno; Edelman Digital; and Edelman Canada and Latin America. VanderMolen served nine years as Edelman Asia-Pacific President, taking it from the region’s number 7 firm to a top 3 firm and recognition as PRWeek’s Network of the Year. Alan drove Edelman entries into India, Japan and Indonesia, as well as Australia expansion.

Assam Khalid, Strategic Planning Director / Creative Director, BBDO Pakistan

Working as both a Creative Director & the Strategic Planning Director at BBDO Pakistan, Assam Khalid is one of the most prolific advertising award winners in the region, having won more than 150 international industry accolades in the last 4 years alone - including 2 Gold Cannes Lions. He is the #1 Strategic Planning Director in Pakistan & MENA and is one of the top 3 in the world as ranked by the Big Won Report in 2015. Armed with a Masters degree in Advertising from the Uni-versity of Texas at Austin and over a decade of experience in creative communication, Assam has a real passion for creating disruptive ideas. His projects include “Beat Me”, “The World’s First Bill-bed” and ”Not A Bug Splat," that is displayed at the Tate UK and was recognized as one of the top 100 marketing campaigns by Warc in 2016.

Brian Yessian, Chief Creative Officer, Yessian Music

A lifelong musician from a family of musical artists, Brian heads up the creative and development teams at Yessian, winning awards that include Cannes Lions, Clio Awards, London International Awards, Emmy, and THEA. With extensive knowledge in sounds and aural intricacies, Brian has produced music that includes orchestras, choirs, big bands, and contemporary artists the world over for commercials, VR, themed attractions, museums, live shows, film and television. He studied at the prestigious Mozarteum music conservatory in Salzburg, Austria and toured Europe with orchestras and wind ensembles. Some recent music scoring, sound design and mix work includes the likes of Porsche, Fox Studios Malaysia, Samsung, Disney, and BMW. Brian now divides his time between the Yessian studios in New York, Detroit, LA and Hamburg overseeing the creative direction with the teams in each location.

Dan Nathan, Film Director, Outsider

Dan Nathan is an award-winning film director, creative consultant and fine art photographer. For the past 30 years he has specialised in directing over 400 commercials, TV dramas and branded content for both UK and international brands. Working across the globe he has directed ad campaigns across many sectors. Clients include Sony PlayStation, American Express, Toyota, Coca-Cola, Lego, Nike, Adidas, Virgin Media, SKY, Electrolux, Lego, Canon, McDonalds and many more. Dan has worked with an array of talent including David Beckham, Stephen Fry, Hugh Bonneville, Anna Chancellor, Bill Nighy, Ricky Tomlinson, John Lloyd, Hugh Dennis, Sean Pertwee, Suggs and the Chelsea Football team. He is a member of the Directors Guild of America.

Jeff Dittenber, Senior Sound Designer/Mixer, Yessian Music

Jeff has been playing with sounds his entire life and got his start as a rock and jazz guitarist. With degrees in music technology and guitar performance, he has a natural ear for sound. Based out of Yessian’s Detroit studios, Jeff leads the audio experiential teams for global projects in themed entertainment design, live shows and virtual reality ambisonic audio for projects that include Universal Studios, Ferrari World, Burj Khalifa Fountains, Coca-Cola, Ikea, Mercedes-Benz, Samsung, the Ford VR Experience, and the Cisco Space Hotel VR experience. Jeff has completed sound design, onsite mixes for attractions and VR spacial audio development for projects all over the world, winning awards that include Cannes Lions, London International, NY Festivals and the coveted THEA award for themed entertainment at One World Observatory in New York City. Jeff recently had his latest VR ambisonic sound mix for Samsung/&design debuted at the 2018 Tribeca Film Festival.

Kim Walker

Kim Walker, Founder and Chairman, Aprais Worldwide 

Kim is the Founder and Chairman of Aprais, the world’s leading relationship management company that uses data-driven evaluations to drive better, more productive partnerships for many of the world's leading marketers and communications agencies. Kim’s background includes over 30 years in the advertising industry. He has lived and worked outside his native Australia for most of his life including top management assignments in Singapore, Hong Kong, New York and Tokyo. At the age of 27 he was appointed Managing Director of Ted Bates in Hong Kong with a staff of 180. He has since held leadership positions with global agency networks across Asia Pacific region including Chief Operating Officer for Carat Asia Pacific, President Isobar APAC and Regional President and CEO for M&C Saatchi. Kim is an internationally awarded keynote speaker.
