The Young Account Executives Academy is a three-day intensive programme designed to equip young agency account executives with the tools, knowledge and inspiration they need to lead groundbreaking creativity.
WHAT DOES THE PROGRAMME INCLUDE?
The programme covers the most important aspects of an account executive’s role, including creating a bravery culture, uncovering insights from the brief, inspiring idea development, successfully pitching an idea to win and executing the big idea.

Cat is a commercial marketer with over 15 years hands-on experience in agency & advertiser roles.
Originally from Sydney, Cat has worked in Global and Regional Marketing roles based in London and now Singapore. Along the journey, she has partnered with teams across 30 countries to land Marketing programs for brands like Unilever, Kimberly-Clark, Nestle, Kellogg’s, Rolex & Zurich Insurance.
Cat has a deep appreciation for the juggling act Marketer’s face on a daily basis between being customer-centric and delivering commercial results at pace. At Mindshare, Cat led the agencies approach to Adaptive Marketing across 16 markets and most recently kick-started McGraw-Hill Education’s demand generating Marketing Team in APAC.
Her Marketing passions today include how to help businesses become more customer-centric and data driven for growth; how to build a delightful customer experience that the whole business can get behind; and how to drive marketing effectiveness through attribution while applying a mindset of test & learn in both a B2C and B2B world.
Cat lives in Singapore with her Husband Simon and two playful Mini Schnauzers called Pixel & Oscar.
