Cat Williams-Treloar is the Founder and CEO at Humanisation.

Cat is a Marketing & Business Consultant who helps tech startups go-to-market across APAC. Humanisation was born to help brands make a human impact in a digital world.

Originally from Sydney, Cat has over 19 years hands-on experience in agency, consultant & client remits spanning 30 + markets.

Before starting Humanisation, Cat spent 11 years at WPP in Sydney, London and Singapore. Her time at Mindshare included leading Product & Strategy across APAC partnering with brands including Unilever, Kimberly-Clark, Rolex and Zurich Insurance.

Back for her third year as the Account Executive tutor, Cat is excited to bring a fresh perspective to client leadership, having partnered with both Enterprise and startup clients.
