Biography

Ahmed Kapadia is the Founding Chairman and CEO of the Synergy Group, a leading force in Pakistan’s advertising and marketing industry. With over two decades of experience, he has been instrumental in reshaping the sector, blending creativity with strategic leadership. He authored Executive Doodles, the first comprehensive book on marketing and advertising in Pakistan, and serves as Chairman of the Pakistan Advertising Association (PAA). In 2024, he was honoured as first Pakistani to receive Dragon Master at the Dragons of Pakistan Awards.

Kapadia began his career at MNJ Advertising, later enhancing brand-side expertise at Lakson Tobacco Company, before transforming agencies like Orient Advertising and Orient McCann through innovative management and brand-building initiatives. He played a key role in major campaigns, including the repositioning of Coca-Cola in Pakistan.

In 1999, he founded Synergy Advertising (now Synergy Group), which has grown into a multi-faceted advertising and communications powerhouse, comprising Synergy Dentsu, Synite Digital, Synchronize Media, Syntax Communications, Synergy Marketing, Synergyzer magazine, Synergyzer.com, Brandsynario.com, Syntinel, and the philanthropic LKMWT.
