Ben is the only person to serve 4 consecutive terms (2022–2026) as Chairman of China 4A, the industry’s leading organization in China. Ben broke new ground by becoming the first Chinese local creative to serve as General Manager and then CEO in a China 4A agency, a position traditionally reserved for non-creatives. Under his leadership, Havas China won its first-ever Gold Lion (2017) and, more recently, Ben mentored the first Young Lions Gold winners in Havas China’s history (2024). Ben has transformed Havas China from scratch into a leading creative force.
