Bianca is a strategic creative with over 15 years of experience shaping visual brand identities across Europe, Asia, and beyond. She is currently Design Director at Design Bridge and Partners in Singapore, leading high-impact brand design projects for clients including Zespri, Hero Fincorp, Ryt Bank Malaysia, CapitaLand Investment, Forest Carbon and Dulcolax.

Previously, Bianca worked at MetaDesign in Germany and China, contributing to large-scale brand identity projects for Didi Chuxing, Škoda, Volkswagen, Xiaomi, Oppo, Vivo, and Meizu. She also led the in-house corporate design team at trivago, defining employer branding and extending corporate identity into branded environments. Her work spans corporate design, brand identity, employer branding, and immersive visual storytelling, earning recognition from Cannes Lions, Transform Award Asia-Pacific, Rebrand 100®, Brand Impact Awards, Fast Company, Creative Pool and The Drum Awards.

Alongside her projects, Bianca enjoys mentoring other designers and guiding design thinking to foster growth and creativity. Outside of work, she draws inspiration from raising her child, traveling across Asia, and spending time with her puffy Shiba Inu, always seeking fresh perspectives to bring into her work.
