Deepika Baghel is the Senior Creative Director at FCB Kinnect. Before joining FCB, she spent her years at Leo Burnett India working on some of India's most loved brands, including Whisper, Tide, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Pepsico. She was a part of Whisper – The Missing Chapter, which won across major global award shows, including a Grand Prix, among others.

She also recently won the Indian Creative Women 2025 award, a platform pushing for stronger representation of women & non-binary creatives in the advertising industry, and went on to represent India at Cannes 2025. 

And when she’s not doing all that? You’ll find her sketching, illustrating, or elbows-deep in a DIY project, reminding everyone that her creativity doesn’t clock out at 7 pm, it simply shifts mediums.
