-Harshdeep Chhabra serves as the Global Media Lead at Godrej Consumer Products Limited (GCPL). With over two decades of experience in media and advertising, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role.

Prior to joining GCPL, Mr. Chhabra held the position of Senior Vice President at Mindshare (GroupM, WPP), where he was instrumental in fostering client relationships and driving significant brand growth. He has successfully led numerous high-profile advertising campaigns for some of India’s most esteemed brands, enhancing their visibility and market share. His profound understanding of consumer behaviour enables him to develop innovative and impactful marketing strategies.

Harshdeep’s proficiency extends beyond traditional advertising; he has also spearheaded successful digital campaigns that utilize data-driven insights and cutting-edge technologies. He is an active participant in industry conferences and seminars, where he shares his knowledge and insights with peers and emerging professionals.

Throughout his career, Harshdeep has held various roles encompassing account management, media planning, media procurement, media analytics, advertising sales, marketing, and investor relations. His professional journey includes significant tenures at media owners such as Zee Entertainment, Turner International, and Radio City, as well as media agencies GroupM and Mindshare.

He is an alumnus of St. Joseph’s Arts and Science College, Bangalore University, where he graduated with honors. He also holds a postgraduate degree in management studies from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.

His wife, Aditti, is a dedicated homemaker. Their teenage daughter, Niharika, is the light of their lives, and Harshdeep cherishes every moment spent with his wife and daughter. An avid sports enthusiast, he enjoys playing lawn tennis and table tennis. His love for rock music provides a perfect soundtrack for his leisure time, whether he’s relaxing at home or on the go. He frequently embarks on road trips with his family, discovering new destinations and creating lasting memories along the way.
