Biography

Jacqueline Wu began her career as a traffic coordinator at Ogilvy, steadily building her expertise in production, operation, and business service over two decades. Her journey through roles such as Traffic Supervisor, Traffic Manager, Creative Service Director, and Managing Director has shaped her into a seasoned professional in the field. Over the years, Jacqueline has cultivated a robust network of vetted photographers, directors, and production crews, capable of meeting diverse project demands and budgets. While her foundation lies in traditional advertising production, Jacqueline is forward-thinking, keeping pace with emerging trends and technologies.

Joining McCann in 2012 as Managing Director of Craft China, Jacqueline established the team from the ground up, showcasing her exceptional management and business development acumen. Under her leadership, the team grew from 5 to over 40 members, including the creation of a digital production team and video production team, demonstrating her acute understanding of evolving communication trends.

In her current role as President of Operations, MWG China, and CEO of Craft China, Jacqueline oversees operations across McCann Worldgroup China. Her leadership focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, driving business growth, and pioneering innovative production solutions.

Throughout her career, Jacqueline has collaborated with a diverse portfolio of clients, including top-tier international brands and leading local enterprises. Her extensive client list includes L’Oréal, KFC, Volkswagen, General Motors, Coca-Cola/Sprite, Pond’s, Citizen, Godiva, Princess Cruise, Wyeth, J&J, Enzo, Semir, Qingdao, Merlin, Rio, Richemont Group, Carrier, and more.
