Biography
Mr. Jayel Ladioray brings to the Jury a unique blend of experience from both agency and client sides, with over three decades of creative and strategic expertise. His 21-year agency career spans creative leadership roles in Ammirati Puris Lintas, J. Walter Thompson, McCann-Afkar Promoseven, and Publicis Manila, where he drove major initiatives across FMCG, telecommunications, banking, retail, transportation, and advocacy—developing culturally resonant campaigns shaped by sharp strategic thinking and world-class craft.
He complements this with more than a decade of brand stewardship at Nestlé Philippines, directing communications and consumer experience for all Nestlé brands including Milo, Maggi, Nescafé, Bear Brand, Nido, KitKat and Wyeth S26 among others.
Having collaborated with agencies as both creative lead and client, Mr. Ladioray has guided all the brands under his charge to more than 300 industry metals across global and local award shows such as Cannes Lions, Spikes Asia, Effies, Clio, LIA, and Tambuli.
He has served as lecturer, industry speaker, juror, and trainer for creative and strategy teams in both local and international markets, contributing to regional talent development. Beyond advertising, Mr. Ladioray is an award-winning screenwriter, film producer, songwriter, and recipient of the Philippines’ top literary prize. He is also a painter and discipleship group leader, bringing a multidimensional, human-centered perspective to the Jury.
