Biography
Jennifer began her career in luxury event project management, building a strong foundation in client servicing and experiential brand storytelling. In 2022, she joined Havas Hong Kong and quickly rose to lead the agency’s social media practice as Social Media Director.
She oversees owned, earned, and paid social strategy across Hong Kong, APAC, and global markets for clients including Alibaba Group, lululemon, and Vitasoy. Notable campaigns under her leadership include Alibaba’s 2024 Paris Olympics social campaign, the social strategy for Lee Kum Kee’s first global brand campaign, and the HKFC Soccer 7s campaign that won ‘Best Use of Real-Time Marketing’ at the 2025 DigiZ Awards.
Drawing from her events background, Jennifer approaches social media with a creative-first, audience-centric mindset. She often says that today brands don’t just compete with industry competitors — they compete with viral moments and creators. Jennifer has grown Havas Hong Kong’s social capabilities and contributes to industry events and client workshops, sharing insights on social strategy and platform trends. She is driven by making a meaningful difference to the brands and teams she works with.
