Biography

Miki Lee is the Managing Director of Starcom Taiwan and a driving force behind the market’s most awarded media agency. With over 20 years of experience spanning media, creativity and integrated brand building, she leads with the belief that media should move people before it moves business.

Under her leadership, Starcom became Taiwan’s No.1 media agency — ranking first in RECMA’s qualitative and quantitative evaluations for five consecutive years and achieving COMvergence’s No.1 position in 2024. Starcom is also the only agency in Taiwan to win Campaign’s Media Agency of the Year for five straight years, cementing its leadership and consistency in a highly competitive market.

Miki also plays a pivotal role in Publicis Groupe Taiwan’s Power of One transformation. As the Group’s Chief Momentum Officer, she builds and orchestrates integrated teams across media, digital, data and creative to deliver truly seamless, end-to-end client solutions.
