Munas van Boonstra is a bold, future-focused marketing leader whose career has been shaped by curiosity, ambition, and an unshakeable belief in the power of reinvention. With deep cross-industry experience spanning creative, media, brand building and business transformation, she has led work across Telco, CPG, F&B, Oil & Gas, Automotive, Entertainment, Manufacturing, Retail and Digital — consistently proving that great ideas, when executed with heart and discipline, can move both people and businesses.
Throughout her journey, Munas has become known for her ability to build high-performing, united teams and drive work that earns both commercial impact and industry respect. She has led one of the most awarded integrated teams across nine capabilities for a single client, driven Agency of the Year wins, and contributed to global, regional and local awards with her teams, her organisations and the brands she champions. Her leadership has also been recognised personally through honours such as Prestige Top 40 Under 40 and Women Leading Change.
