Taewon Kim is the CEO of INNORED, a prominent independent agency in Korea that has garnered global recognition for its creativity and has been awarded the Gold award for both ‘Independent Agency of the Year’ and ‘Best Culture of the Year’ at the Campaign Japan/Korea Agency of the Year 2024 awards. He began his career at Google after graduating from college, where he worked for 18 years and held various executive roles. During his time there, he oversaw multiple areas related to advertising and marketing, including the ad business, creative strategy, analytics, insights, and ad tech. A recognized expert, Taewon has helped many companies with their digital transformations and is a sought-after thought leader for CEOs and CMOs. He received the Entrepreneurship Award at the Korea Digital Award and is committed to giving back to the community, having served as an adjunct professor at Korea University, a talent development commission of the President's Committee, and as an outside director at Korea Investment Holdings. A passionate advocate for educational innovation, he actively lectures on various educational issues, hoping to make a positive impact on young people's lives. He served on the jury at AdFest 2024.
