Subsequently, she served as Executive Officer and Chief Corporate Communication Officer at Shiseido Company. In this executive role, she commanded the company's comprehensive global public relations strategy, ensuring strong corporate messaging and strategic alignment with global business objectives.

Her expertise in the field was formally recognized by her selection as the juror for the PR Lions at the 2024 Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity as well as Jury President at Japan PR Award 2025.
