Teams of two must create a mini-campaign including bumper ads using existing long-form video material from an organization, whose name, objectives, strategies and target audience are kept secret until the competition briefing session.
A team of YouTube mentors will guide you on how to create compelling and high-impact online video ads. Each team must produce a presentation outlining their proposed mini-campaign including the storyboard of the bumper ads.
At the end of the day, each team will present their work in five minutes in front of a panel of expert judges who will select the top three teams. The work of the top three teams will be created overnight by the Ignition Labs team.
The following day, delegates of Spikes Asia can watch the finalists and vote for the winning team. The winners will receive their medals at the official Spikes Asia Award Show as well as full delegate passes to Spikes Asia 2017 and an exclusive invitation to the largest YouTube event in Asia Pacific.
