Spikes Asia
Spikes Asia is a two-day Event full of community-focused networking and awe-inspiring talks and discussions followed by an Awards Ceremony and Dinner, awarding the best work within the Creative industry in the Asia-Pacific region.
The Event will take place on 13-14 March 2024, followed by the annual Spikes Asia Awards Ceremony and Dinner on 14 March 2024.
This year's Event and Awards will take place at the Conrad Centennial Singapore.

You must be aged 21 or over to access the Awards Ceremony and parties.
Payment
Registration fees are in SGD. You may also be charged a separate currency conversion fee by your bank.
All prices are:
- exclusive of handling fee of bank transfer at a flat rate of SGD 10;
- exclusive of handling fee of credit or debit card at 3.4% for VISA, MasterCard and American Express;
- exclusive of sales taxes (including, but not limited to GST at 8% on or before 31 December 2023 or 9% on or after 1 January 2024, which is applicable to all Singapore customers); and
- subject to local taxes (where appropriate) which cannot be deducted from any payments due.

As per our Terms & Conditions, we will be unable to offer refund or credit if you cancel your booking. It is possible to make a replacement, please contact delegates@spikes.asia.

Vistors Information
Most visitors to Singapore do not require a visa for entry.
For a list of countries that require a valid Visa for entry into Singapore, you can check the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA)’s website, or enquire at the Singapore Overseas Mission closest to you.
Prior to arrival, you should fill in your SG Arrival Card to submit your arrival information. This can be done up to three days (including the date of arrival) before your visit. You can submit your arrival information via Singapore Immigration & Checkpoints Authority website, or via the MyICA Mobile application.

For transportation, you can consider taking a taxi. The journey typically takes less than 20 minutes and costs at around SGD 18-24, subject to traffic conditions. Another option is to utilise Singapore's MRT system and alight at the nearest station, Promenade.
Ride-hailing applications available in Singapore to book a ride from your preferred pick-up point to your desired destination. Some options available include Grab, Gojek, Ryde and TADA.

The above bedroom rates are secured for Spikes Asia delegates only. The rates are inclusive of Buffet Breakfast and in-room Wi-Fi.
The check-in time shall be no earlier than 1500 Hours and the check-out time shall be no later than 1200 Hours.
English is commonly spoken in Singapore, and most residents are fluent in it. Many also speak one of the other official languages: Mandarin Chinese, Malay, or Tamil.

Yes, there will be complimentary Wi-Fi internet in the event venue.
Conrad Centennial Singapore provides complimentary visitor parking exclusively for hotel guests. Alternatively, the nearest public parking facility is located at Millenia Walk (9 Raffles Boulevard, S039596).
As Spikes Asia is being held during Ramadan, there will be on-site facilities provided to delegates observing the religious period including a prayer room and halal dishes will be catered during the Awards dinner.
