Armand de Saint-Salvy Armand de Saint-Salvy Founder Supaflr

Armand is an awarded live action director and AI film maker, with a background in acting and editing. His TVC work was won metal at Ciclope, Spikes Asia, One Show, NYFAA, Clios and AWARD. He founded Supaflr in 2024 as a way to embrace champion edge creativity. He’s made 16 shorts which have screened internationally at festivals. He spent years studying acting, music and taught dance.

Ed Pank Ed Pank SVP Lions APAC

Ed opened the Asia Pacific office for WARC at the beginning of 2011 in Singapore, bringing the world’s most comprehensive marketing intelligence service to the region. Since then, the business has been expanding at a rapid pace with many new product and content initiatives, including the recent launch of the Lions Intelligence AI tool. In January 2024, he took on the additional role of SVP LIONS APAC to lead initiatives for all brands from Lions across the region, including WARC, Contagious, Cannes Lions and Spikes Asia.

Ed has an agency background. Before WARC, he was Managing Director of Bates in Singapore, where he led integrated teams to develop campaigns for Sony, Heineken, Nokia and the Singapore Pavilion at World Expo in Shanghai. Before moving to Singapore, Ed was based in London, where he worked for 14 years at Rainey Kelly/Y&R, latterly as Global Business Director for Land Rover, leading teams to develop launch campaigns around the world.

Always a keen proponent of both creative and effective communications, he has won several awards throughout his career, including Effies for Sony and the Anti-Drugs campaign in Singapore. He has also judged for the Singapore Effies, Australia APG and the Smarties APAC awards, for whom he was additionally appointed as the Jury Chair for 2022.

Ed is an evangelist for creative marketing that matters, who regularly brings to life smart strategy and breakthrough creativity at marketing conferences across Asia Pacific.

In November 2024, he helped launch the Singapore chapter of the IAA as Vice President.

Wendy Walker brings more than 25 years of interdisciplinary marketing experience spanning a wide range of industries and global markets.

Passionate about creativity and effectiveness, Wendy has spent her career leading organisations navigate moments of transformation, scale, and reinvention by connecting creativity with strategic clarity, cultural relevance, and long-term brand value.

In her most recent role as Chief Marketing Officer at Salesforce, Wendy led marketing across the ASEAN region, driving business growth and customer engagement across diverse markets. She has previously held C-suite marketing leadership roles globally and regionally for brands including Intuit, iflix, Manulife, and Mindshare.

Wendy is the Founder and President of the International Advertising Association Singapore and a member of the IAA Global Board. The IAA is the only global association representing all areas of the marketing and communications industry. She is a Fellow of both The Marketing Society and The Marketing Academy.

Highly active across the global industry, Wendy regularly contributes as a juror, chair, and speaker at major international forums. She served as Global Jury President for Creative B2B at the 2025 Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity, Global Jury President for the WARC Effectiveness Awards in 2023, and was a juror for the inaugural B2B Creative category at Cannes Lions in 2022.
