Which currencies do you accept?

All payments must be made in Singapore Dollars (SGD). We do not accept any other currency.

Do your prices include Tax (GST)?

All prices on our website exclude Tax (GST), however Tax (GST) at 7%, will be charged on top of the delegate pass fees at checkout, to those with a Singaporean invoicing company.

Tax (GST) may be reclaimable via your local tax representative. Please note, we are not able to reimburse this for you.

What methods of payment are accepted when making an online booking?

Delegates can pay online with:

•Visa (1.65% handling fee)
•MasterCard (1.65% handling fee)
•American Express (3.95% handling fee)
•Bank Transfer (SGD 10.00)

Please note that you can make a bank transfer until Midnight SGT Wednesday 11 September 2019, after which it will only be possible to choose to pay by ‘credit card' or 'pay at the festival' for online bookings.

From Tuesday 24 September 2019, it will only be possible to choose to pay by ‘credit card’ for online bookings. You will still be able to purchase passes upon arrival at the Festival, from pre-registration on Tuesday 24 September 2019.

If you are paying on a personal credit card, you may wish to advise your bank that you are intending to make a large payment in Singapore Dollars.

How do I pay by Bank Transfer?

If you have completed your registration by choosing Bank Transfer, our account details are as follows:

It is imperative that you cover all bank charges; otherwise your booking may be refused.

Please ensure that payment is made in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and arrives at our bank in Singapore Dollars (SGD). We do not accept payment in any other currencies.

Once the transfer has been made, please email proof of payment to our Registration Team, quoting the Order Reference you are paying for (you can find this in the subject header of your confirmation email and proforma invoice you received when you completed the online booking).

What do I do once I have completed my bank transfer?

Please email your bank transfer confirmation, including your Order Reference Number (found in the subject header of your confirmation email and proforma invoice), to our Registration Team.

What options do I have if my credit card is declined?

It is advisable to contact your card issuing bank to authorise them to release the appropriate funds. If you have contacted your card issuer and your card is still declined, please contact our Registration Team.

Alternatively, it is possible to pay by bank transfer. Once you complete your booking, you will receive a proforma invoice by email. Please note a bank transfer fee of SGD10 will apply.

I think I have made a duplicate payment. What happens now?

Please contact our Registration Team and they will advise how to proceed.

When will I receive my invoice?

You will get a pro-forma invoice when paying for your registration(s) by bank transfer, however tax invoices will only be issued upon request post-Festival. If you wish to request a tax invoice, please contact our Registration Team.
