This year sees the launch of Think Tank, a training initiative for senior clients, in partnership with J.Walter Thomspon. Think Tank is designed to provide senior marketers and brand managers with a better understanding of creativity, to help ensure that client strategies remain effective in today’s fast-paced business world.
The young rising stars of communications have always played a central role to the creative spirit of Spikes Asia, representing as they do the future innovators and award-winners of the industry. Continuing the mission of providing a space for the next generation to grow and hone essential creative skills, this year the Festival has also expanded to offer five Academies, each one carefully structured for a different career discipline.
Each bespoke course runs during the Festival week, under the guidance of an experienced tutor. A carefully curated programme gives participants the chance to experience the best and most relevant parts of the Festival learning programme, while also enjoying specialist sessions from industry leaders alongside tailored training and group discussions.
