The Young Spikes Media Competition gives teams of young creatives just two days to develop an innovative media strategy, crafting a media campaign from a real-time client brief and showcasing their business insight and strategy skills.
This is a hunt for creative talent who can develop a media strategy with the potential to drive business results. It's all about creating a media campaign that boasts strategic thinking and original ideas.
The two-person teams work to a brief presented by a charity or non-profit organisation, whose name, objectives, strategies and target audience will remain secret until the briefing session.
A panel of expert judges will judge each entry and select the winners, who will be awarded Gold medals at the Spikes Asia Awards Ceremony. They will also receive full delegate passes to Spikes Asia 2021.
Competitors must be aged 30 years or under (born on or after 16 October 1989) and employed in the advertising or communications businesses, in a skill discipline relevant to their chosen competition.
Teams are chosen through a pre-selection process in their own countries. They will participate in the Young Spikes Competitions, held during the Spikes Asia Festival, and compete against young creatives from all over the world.
