In her prior leadership roles in Leo Burnett Vietnam, she helped drive the Agency's recognition as the Gold winner at Campaign Asia’s Agency of the Year for four consecutive years, Agency of The Year for Mobile and over a hundred awards for innovative work on key Clients including Samsung and Heineken.

She has been instrumental in building a formidable reputation for Publicis Groupe’s creative services operations, as well as advancing new models for clients contributing to the expansion of capabilities, while supercharging the strength of media and digital functions to deliver the Groupe’s Power of One promise.

Spearheading agencies of diverse expertise including Leo Burnett, Publicis, Saatchi & Saatchi, Starcom, Zenith, Spark, Digitas, MSL and Prodigious, she is fueling effective collaborations to help Clients unlock growth in this platform world and pushing for creativity that solve business challenges.
