Alice Isola is Associate Vice President, Head of Social, APAC at Essence, a global data and measurement-driven media agency that is part of WPP’s GroupM.
Based in Singapore, Alice leads Essence’s social practice in APAC, focusing on driving paid social advertising excellence across the agency’s portfolio of clients in the region. In addition to managing a group of social specialists, she works in close collaboration with regional and global cross-functional teams.
With over 14 years of experience, Alice has held media and marketing roles on both the agency and brand sides, including at Omnicom Media Group in Singapore and IG Group in London. Her work spans categories such as technology, retail, travel, hospitality, fast-moving consumer goods, beauty and financial services, for brands like Intel, Hilton, Johnson & Johnson, Marina Bay Sands, McDonald’s, Hasbro, Scoot, Carousell, DBS, Mars and Google.
Originally from Italy, Alice graduated with a master’s degree in advertising and communication from Università degli Studi di Trieste.
