Bart Pawlak has worked as a Creative Director and Copywriter for the major advertising networks, over a career spanning more than twenty years. During this time, his work has received recognition at all the major award shows, including D&AD, Cannes Lions and Clio, to name a few. He has authored campaigns for both longstanding and contemporary brands in Australia, from motoring companies such as NRMA, to online food delivery businesses like Menulog, and insurance category ‘challenger brands’ such as Budget Direct. He is responsible for enduring ‘behaviour change’ campaigns on behalf of the Government, tackling significant issues such as driver fatigue, motorcycle safety and, more recently, the dangers of UV exposure in Australia. Inspired by the power of creative thinking to drive positive change in the world, his proudest career achievement to date was working together with Climate Reality Project and former vice-president Al Gore. Creating a global campaign that, for the first time ever, saw children from around the planet participate in the UN General Assembly, as ambassadors of the future.
