Nikki McKelvie

Nikki McKelvie has been in this crazy industry for over 20 years and is the Managing Director of DDB New Zealand.

Over the last 11 years, Nikki has helped build and shape DDB New Zealand to be the creative agency it is today.

Nikki is focussed on working with clients to revitalise/develop new brand platforms that use creativity to drive business growth. Her honest and hardworking nature has helped build DDB New Zealand to be the top agency it is today - with accolades such as Agency of the Year at Spikes two years in a row and on a local level 3 years in a row at Axis.

In 2022 DDB New Zealand also picked up the illusive Black Pencil at D&AD, the second pencil ever awarded to a New Zealand agency. This was then followed by a pride of Lions at Cannes and numerous awards globally.

But beyond all the recognition, Nikki is most passionate about the agencies Diversity & Inclusion programme which she believes is paramount to the future of DDB Aotearoa New Zealand.
