Rachel is a healthcare communications specialist with 15 years’ experience. From improving access to new medicines, helping sectors advocate for policy reform, to driving behaviour change among communities, Rachel leads the health business within Australia to improve lives.
Campaigns that put an issue on the agenda are one thing; those that engage stakeholders, table solutions and deliver national and results in community are what Rachel is proud to lead.
With a passion for integrated communications – from public affairs, medical education and media relations to health advertising – a large part of Rachel’s career has seen her championing the work of the health and medical research sector, as well as the not-for-profit community, in addition to the pharmaceutical and life sciences Industry.
Specifically, Rachel has worked across a number of disease areas, including rare diseases, oncology, cardiovascular disease, arthritis, asthma, osteoporosis, pain and infectious diseases, while also working in prevention and vaccines. Rachel also has a strong track record in issues management and crisis communications.
