Saurabh Jain is currently serving as the Regional Marketing Director at Reckitt Hygiene, South Asia. Prior to this role he has served many key business & marketing position both locally & globally like Chief Marketing Officer for the Reckitt Hygiene, Australia & New Zealand & Global Brand Director on Surface Care portfolio for Reckitt Globally, Power of One director for Surface covering all Developing Markets (LATAM, Middle East & ASIA). Under his leadership the Reckitt Brands have grown multifold at the same time meaningfully transitioned to garner strong social & purposeful Equity among consumers.

In his career spanning over 16 yrs, Saurabh has also previously worked with Amazon India during their launch years as the Marketing Head for Amazon Fashion and also with ITC Ltd to establish breakthrough digital business models like eChoupal & Choupal Saagar. Over the years Saurabh has led his brands to integrate supremely well with key stakeholders to drive the much needed behaviour change & social awakening for consumers. The work on creation of ‘Dettol/Harpic - Banega Swatch India’ program with NDTV & partner the Govt of India in terms of eradication of Open defecation & driving positive public disposition towards toilets at home stands out quite tall.

Being a firm believer in brands ability to impact social change, Saurabh has worked with key global & local stakeholders like WWF,, Red Cross, Rural Aids, Meals on Wheels, Save the Children etc. to marry strong business growth with social impact.

Over the years Saurabh has garnered a lot of awards for both creative genius & driving business with Purpose. He was recently profiled as the ‘Top 20 Hottest CMO’ by B&T & Are Media, biggest media group in Australia for the impact he has made in Australian marketing landscape.

The work on the ‘Harpic Sanitation Preamble’ in partnership with TV18 was honoured to be launched in World Economic Forum in Davos in 2022.
