Born and raised in the US, Shiggy has 20+ years of strategic planning experience and possesses a wealth of consumer and business insights across categories and markets. Shiggy’s multinational client experience includes branding assignments from BMW, Tourism Australia, Marriott, McDonald’s, P&G, Mars Wrigley, and Volkswagen. Additionally, he has personal experience in start-ups ranging from technology to branding.
As the dentsu CSO Shiggy is responsible for the group's strategic rigor in discovering the critical factors in a situation and finding a way forward to deal with the situation. He and his team are tasked to be the voice of the customer and ensure customer centricity in all solutions.
Shiggy has an MBA from University of Southern California and undergraduate degrees in Cultural Anthropology and World Religions.
